Rendall and Rittner reviews about "people"

Need to be more aware of what goes on higher up.

Their approach to staff - I was really impressed when I first started with Rendall And Rittner and felt that they lived by their values those rose tinted glasses have since been removed. In fact my resignation letter mentions that I was bullied and intimidated I was immediately put on gardening leave. I've never had an exit interview and they have not picked up their IT equipment.

The industry is challenging but this is not specific to R&R.

Poor work life balance. Little support for mental health and when treated badly by clients no support. At the time wasn’t allowed to work from home though was told I could when I interviewed.

- Heavy workload at times and lots of meetings - Financial incentives could be more attractive and transparent
