Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. It is great to hear you felt the training, culture and some of your colleagues were all positive aspects of your career with us. Congrats also on your tenure with us, that is encouraging itself so we thank you for your hard work over the years you worked with us. Hi there and thank you for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it. It is great to see a long tenure with us so we thank you for your commitment and the work you put in over the years. It is also great to hear you were pleased with the salary and benefits on offer. We have recently updated our company Values and Behaviours this year and are already seeing tremendous improvements and results within our Customer Obsession value as we have made significant changes in the way we do things in our customer service channel. It is a shame you felt your manager was inexperienced as we look to promote from within those who show the right values, behaviours and skills to lead others. If anyone feels they are not being managed correctly we always encourage them to speak up so we are sorry you felt that way. We do wish you every success in whatever you do next and thank you again for your comments.

    I worked at Yell full-time

    Pros

Great package and bonus scheme. If you don't care about customer service then you can earn a lot of money. Company Car or Allowance for field sales Great sales training and facilities in HQ Great family spirit from the team around the UK (Apart from Belfast)

    Cons

Yell do not care about their customers and managers would urge people to sell yell.com just because you get 12 months commission rather than 6 for the likes of PPC. Yell is on the decline so if you are thinking of working with 'the largest digital agency in the uk' - YOUR ARE WRONG The highest earners at yell have no digital knowledge and instead would sell ice to an eskimo

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. We are pleased to hear you felt your salary and bonus scheme were positives. It is a shame you felt we do not care about our customers, Yell have been working extremely hard over the last 9 months especially to improve how we work with our customers, we have put a lot of new measurements in place to ensure our customers feel they are treated in the best way and we will not tolerate people mis-selling. Yell.com has also had a tremendous amount of improvements to ensure our customers get the best value for their money. Once again we do appreciate you speaking up so thank you and we hope we can improve on your points going forward.

    Yell Response

    Head of Recruitment

Hi there, thank you for leaving us a review we really appreciate it. It is really great that you felt our brand is strong. I also noticed your tenure so thank you for working with us for so long, that is great to see. Diversity is extremely important to us and we absolutely have a diverse culture at Yell. It is a shame to hear you didn't feel this. Micro management is also not something we do unless we feel someone needs the extra support or structure to help them succeed. It is a flat structure at Yell and we give Ownership to every employee to deliver their roles, targets and success. Really sorry that you felt this wasn't the case and we wish you all the success in whatever you do next.
