Partner Interview lasted 20 minutes. Very relaxed one to one interview with a senior representative of the company. She will take notes as you talk. Questions are about the company, role and KPMG's behavioural capabilities. Keep the company values in the back of your mind throughout the interview. Prepare real-life examples based on each behavioral capabilty and you will rock the interview

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
