Interview
The first part of interview was with HR recruiter and took 30 mins. Questions type:
Why did you choose the college you are studying at? What are aspects you are searching for in a firm you would like to work for? (talk about right about KPMG, do not waste your time) What is a project you are proud of? (use a STAR method) Have you ever been in a situation you did not have enough information about a task you were working on? Was there any event you are not proud of yourself in? Why did you work on those positions your CV covers? How do you react on critics? What are 3 treats your surrounding would describes you in? And that talking about salary...
Than I continued at the 2nd part of interview with 2 audit managers. It took 60 mins. Questions:
Say us something about yourself. Do you have a driving licence? Are you able to work long working hours?
Case task:
Imagine you are doing an audit for a firm... what would you search for in a balance sheet? (open discussion).
A few days later I had an interview with executive director in a very free way, like debate or nice talking. It took 55 mins. He was prepared, known about my CV. He was trying to find common stuff to talk: about my Erasmus Mobility Programme, other interviewing companies...
Questions: Why would you like to do this job? Are you willing to work on holidays, Saturdays? How comfortable are you with MS Excel?
GHOSTING : Entretien 48h Khrono tout s’est bien passé, travail de groupe, rencontre avec manager et l’associé pas de questions très techniques. 48h après aucune réponse, les autres personnes avec qui j’ai candidaté ont reçu des appels pour les refus mais je n’ai eu aucun retour, juste un simple ghosting. Manque de professionnalisme et de considération, même un mail de refus automatique aurait été plus aimable sachant que j’ai pris une journée de cours pour me déplacement et participer à la session de recrutement. Je ne savais pas avant de postuler mais ils sont connus pour ça !
Appel directement du chargé RH pour convenir d’un entretien dans la semaine.
Après entretien avec le RH, une seconde réunion fixée avec l’auditeur manager 1 semaine plus tard. La première réunion était une réunion téléphonique et la seconde réunion en vision Teams.
