General Summary:

This role is a part of RF360 Enterprise Apps portfolio. Enterprise Apps portfolio is an umbrella program that focusses on SAP and inter-connected Non SAP solutions. The core of the Enterprise Apps portfolio is SAP ECC landscape that caters to end to end Business transactions together with Non SAP pack of applications that enhance various business process across Finance, Purchase, Sales cycles and Logistics.

ABAP Programmer Analyst serves as the Technical builder of solutions for the Sourcng & Sales groups of RF360, the incumbent will work with the MM/WM/SD Functional consultants and with business groups as required to build the solution/s.

The role requires the incumbent to have a passion towards technology ( SAP & other connected applications) and extensive focus on Enterprise Architecture

• 10+ Years of practical experience as an SAP ABAP developer and have already acquired extensive know-how in the development and optimization of SAP application
• Sound knowledge of SAP development in ABAP and OO
• Good knowledge of procure to accounting processes
• Good knowledge and experience in the SAP modules MM and SD
• Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks
• Fluent in English
• In addition, team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers
• Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP
• Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management.
• Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.
• Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation)
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment

Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery."

• Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure.

• New and further development of company-specific SAP applications in SAP MM and SD based on ABAP / ABAP OO programming
• Development, maintenance, and support of existing company-specific SAP applications in SAP MM and SD based on ABAP / ABAP OO programming
• Development and maintenance of company-specific Mobile Application in SAP MM and SD based on ABAP / ABAP OO programming
• Conception and implementation of complex SAP / NON-SAP interfaces
• Error analysis and correction of ABAP programs
• Feasibility analysis of application requirements and technical consulting for questions about SAP MM and SD
• Conducting developer tests
• Elaboration of specifications and creation of Change documentation
• Proactively communicate with the consultants concerning current system and process performance
• professional and technical quality assurance
• Answering support questions as part of the operation team.
• Actively contributing feedback and suggestions for improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR
7+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL.
• 2+ years of experience with more than one operating system (e.g., Linux, OSX, Windows).
