Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end website functionality, React components, page templates, design system elements, and user experiences across the global marketing website and related digital properties.
Build and maintain the component library using React, shadcn/ui (Radix UI primitives), Tailwind CSS, and Storybook, ensuring consistency, reusability, accessibility, and alignment with the design system and brand standards.
Implement front-end page templates and layouts within the Next.js framework, including client components, dynamic routing, client-side interactivity, and responsive design across devices and browsers.
Translate UX/design specifications from Figma into production-ready, pixel-accurate components that follow the token-driven design system (CSS variables, Tailwind config, design tokens).
Partner with the back-end developer to consume Sanity CMS content models, GROQ queries, and APIs, ensuring front-end components properly render structured content and support self-service publishing workflows for the marketing team.
Experience working in agile/scrum workflows with 2–3 week sprint cycles, including the ability to participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives within a small, self-managing development team.
Implement analytics tracking (GA4 events, GTM tags, conversion tracking, click tracking) and ensure accurate data capture across user interactions and marketing funnels.

Optimize client-side performance, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), bundle size optimization, lazy loading, image optimization, code splitting, and efficient rendering patterns.
Implement front-end behaviors for personalization (Optimizely), A/B testing, chatbot/conversational UI (Qualified), consent management, and intent-driven experiences (6sense) in coordination with the back-end developer.
Build and maintain forms, including form UI, client-side validation, error handling, progressive disclosure, and UX partnering with the back-end developer on submission logic, CRM/MAP integration, and server-side validation.
Support front-end implementation of SEO, AEO/GEO requirements, including semantic HTML, heading hierarchy, meta tags, Open Graph/social sharing markup, and rendered output optimization for search engines and AI answer engines.
Implement localization/multilingual front-end patterns, including language switching UI, locale-aware rendering, and layout adaptation for global audiences, in coordination with the back-end developer and Smartling integration.
Participate in visual regression testing, cross-browser/cross-device QA, component testing, UAT, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support for website enhancements and launches.
Document component library standards, design system patterns, front-end architecture decisions, and development guidelines that enable the Web Operations team to scale.
Work within Git, version control, code review, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and agile delivery processes to ensure high-quality and controlled releases.
