The Associate- State Program Monitoring plays a critical role in ensuring seamless on-ground program implementation across districts. This person will act as the operational backbone for the program, overseeing logistics, quality, and timely execution in coordination with facilitators, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Responsibilities :
Program Operations & Monitoring
1. Ensure timely roll-out and smooth execution of the program across assigned districts. Track and monitor key metrics such as batch start, progress, attendance, and material usage etc.
2. Coordinate facilitator allocation and provide operational support for reallocation or troubleshooting.
3. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
4. Oversee material dispatch and usage to ensure each facilitator and student receives the required resources.
5. Identify gaps in operations and propose process improvements.
6. Conduct regular process checks and field visits to ensure quality and adherence to the program design.
7. Collaborate with the content and tech teams to escalate and resolve field-level issues.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
1. Coordinate with district-level education authorities, school heads, and local stakeholders to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation.
2. Facilitate school visits, monitor classroom delivery, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
3. Address facilitator concerns by escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
4. Support with discussions and documentation at the district level, ensuring alignment with program goals.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and records for stakeholder engagement and field-level partnerships.
Profile Requisites :
1. Graduate degree in any discipline; 1–2 years of experience in program implementation, operations, or related field preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Marathi (local language) and Hindi is must, knowing English is preferred.
3. High attention to detail and comfort working with data, documentation, and tracking systems.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Workspace with more focus on Excel and basic tech tools preferred.
5. Comfortable with field travel and working in dynamic, ground-level environments. Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
