Pros

Working at Atidan Technologies as a Power BI Developer has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From the very beginning, the HR and recruitment team ensured a smooth onboarding process, making me feel welcomed and supported right from the first interaction. Their professionalism and prompt communication stood out. One of the biggest positives of working at Atidan is the opportunity for continuous learning and growth. The projects I’ve been involved in have significantly enhanced my technical skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. The company provides ample exposure to real-world business problems, which helped me develop a deeper understanding of data-driven decision-making. I truly appreciate the collaborative work environment and supportive management. The leadership is approachable, encourages innovation, and is always open to new ideas. The team culture promotes knowledge sharing, which played a major role in my professional development. Moreover, Atidan offers a great balance of structured learning and hands-on experience, making it an ideal place for both early-career professionals and experienced developers to thrive. I’m grateful for the trust, responsibility, and exposure I’ve received, and I look forward to continuing to grow within such a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Pros

Good starting salary, If you are good at negotiation Good for SharePoint developers You might get to know some awesome talents CEO is approachable

Cons

1. No Work Life balance 2. No proper management 3. Chaotic environment 4. You get a good hike only if you are working directly with clients(Again depends upon your negotiation skill) 5. Different pay scale for employee with same skill set and same years of experience(Difference might be up to 200%) 6. Be ready to switch your profile in every 2 months 7. Your skill set is not a criteria to put you on projects. Only criteria is you are available and the have a project. 8. Long working hours. 9. No Benefits for working late. 10. Recently they have started to cut salary on the basis of late entry, but still no benefits for working late. 12. Within 2-3 days you might be put on a ongoing project with completely different technology and you would be blamed for previous development issues 13. Client is the only God 14. No training for new technologies you have asked to work on. 15. No co-ordination between HR and project-managers. 16. No code reviews. 17. Performance appraisal meetings are formality(if you got good ratings) 18. They always find a way to pay you less. 19. Time estimates decided by upper management for project deliveries are very unfair. 20. You only worth for them if your billing for client is good 21. Awards are just an added burn to injury for employees who works their heart out. 22. Talented people are sidelined 23. Autocratic Managers(Won't name any specific person's name but there are two) who thinks that they own the organisation

Thank you for writing a review. We are always ears for making improvements. However, we would like to highlight a few facts. Our core values are honesty, integrity, mutual respect, happy work culture, think win-win, highest quality, and customers for life. We are continuously expanding our benefits like subsidized accommodation and dinner, health insurance for entire family etc. Payscales and salary hikes among the best We provide Going Extra Mile rewards over and above CTC There are about 22 activities that get rewarded with cash and recognition like training, certifications, reusable code, client appreciation, responding off-hours, new or improved process or tool implementation, candidate referrals, winning new business or epanding excisting business etc. Data on weekend or stretched hours says average week has been 40 hours and weekend work once in six months. We never believed in or implemented hire and fire, e.g., no one was let go due to COVID, in fact, hiring and work surged. We get to work with the biggest brand names on the latest technologies including Cloud, AI, BI, Data Estate, IoT etc. We are process and tools driven in all areas including project delivery, HR, hiring, accounts etc. We use some of the best tools in the world across the life cycle. At the outset we would like to wish you the best for your career and future endeavors! Regards, Team Atidan

Pros

Can learn new things other thank your profile by pushing you into some new roles as per need.

Cons

You will be made working from day one here more than the allotted hours. Work pressure is too much makes to work more than 9 hours or even weekend is common. Be ready to switch your current working technology or area. Some policies will be shared after you join the organization like variable pay. Also if you don't agree to there terms and work culture after joining be ready to get fired. Nearly no activities from HR or org. Most of the reviews are from network team which can miss guide while selecting the organization. *Please make a proper note with HR about your expectation from the organization before you join

Thank you for writing your feedback! We are glad you were able to learn new things at Atidan. We apologize if you had issues. Many feedbacks are around work pressure. We have got numerous reviews praising us for Work-life balance. We strictly plan for 8 hours per day in all our projects and review them thoroughly, only if one does not meet the panned deliverables one may have to stretch, that does not happen often with our people, unlike other IT companies. We always ask candidates about their openness to work on multiple technologies. In fact, it is our strength appreciated by people that they get to work on technologies. We celebrate several festivals with staff throughout the year, however we would work on having more engagements. While we take extra care setting the right expectations for all joiners, we are always looking for ways to improve. We thank you for your feedback and wish you the best in the coming years! Data on weekend or stretched hours says average week has been 40 hours and weekend work once in six months.
