Great work environment! Teammates are so nice and the atmosphere is really lovely! Cool benefits by the way too and provides the possibility to travel abroad 3-4 times yearly

Good benefits. Old management cared about employees
Cons
You will have to work 7 days a week on the floor. No exeptions. Production struggles to keep up with BMW demands and in turn cases employees to work 7 days a week.
