unprofessional behavior within the team with bullying and yelling, behavior that comes from the management and from the colleague from whom you take over the tasks. There are no step-by-step procedures, if you ask in writing by email you don't get answers, in the training I even received wrong information.

Stuck in their processes, suggested changes are being hold back, moves and adapts slowly

Lack of flexibility options , bad vacations balance system , bad mix between engineering and production units (as an engineer you can find yourself in settings where it is hard to concentrate on work because of production noises)

many internal tools, not using Git, salary packages, much work to do in internal programming language

Process could be improved more

No annual bonuses, no raise

High volume of work Bad management

Nothing to complain as a student.
