People are really great. A lot of PTO (start 4 weeks). Lots of promotions from within.
Cons
Poor work life balance. Lots of work on PTO and long hours. Lacking on up to date technology. Excel is the answer to every lack of a program or system.

Good Automotive industry R&D, see deeply the developing of the automotive interiors, cross comunication with other departments
Cons
Much less salary then other companies arond this location and in Budapest (at least 30% less salary) so many people acquires the skills here, then goes to bigger companies (JLR Budapest etc.)
