Thank you for the 3* review. We are pleased that you enjoy our commission and the training that we offer all staff. This has been a cornerstone of what has made us a top 100 law firm, which continues to grow and support our growth over the past 25 years, ultimately becoming the best and largest claimant law firm in England and Wales. Regarding targets, these are reviewed annually and are based on your cases. We offer comprehensive benefits to our employees which are reviewed year on year. We operate an open-door policy and weekly supervision for all staff to discuss cases and their progression.

Thank you for your review and the 4* rating. We are very proud of the progression offered at Express Solicitors. With over 80 Trainees, this proves that development from within works with a thriving Top 100 Law Firm. We appreciate that our hours are slightly longer than a traditional 9-5 schedule (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 5 pm on Fridays), but this is to help our clients contact us. We are Lawyers helping injured people. We have over 100 parking spaces on site for our colleagues, and there is also the bus stop outside the office. No employer can offer all its staff parking unfortunately and we are no different. We have also salary sacrifice EV and Bikes and dedicated spots for those in keeping with our green travel policy. Our salaries are reviewed annually and have increased every year in line with our growth. As you grow in your career, your salary increases. This is linked to targets, which are set on the cases and great work sources from direct to market advertising. All the ingredients are there for a successful career.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Training was second to none. Great progression opportunities. The only reason I left was because it wasn’t the area I wanted to be in. But I would recommend

Cons

I can’t think of any cons, I think the targets etc are typical of PI firms
