With over 80 Trainees, this proves that development from within works with a thriving Top 100 Law Firm. We appreciate that our hours are slightly longer than a traditional 9-5 schedule (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 5 pm on Fridays), but this is to help our clients contact us. We are Lawyers helping injured people. We have over 100 parking spaces on site for our colleagues, and there is also the bus stop outside the office. No employer can offer all its staff parking unfortunately and we are no different. We have also salary sacrifice EV and Bikes and dedicated spots for those in keeping with our green travel policy. Our salaries are reviewed annually and have increased every year in line with our growth. As you grow in your career, your salary increases. This is linked to targets, which are set on the cases and great work sources from direct to market advertising. All the ingredients are there for a successful career.
