We always welcome Feedback and you are more than welcome to come and speak with HR about your ideas on how to improve the business. We believe the 3/2 hybrid module allows for the best blend of hybrid working for colleagues, as it means you have an equal amount of time in the office and at home to manage cases and workloads. Regarding Pay and Bonuses, we offer regular salary reviews and for those always hitting targets, this is the time to demonstrate why you deserve a pay increase. Regarding Bonus, the scheme is designed to focus on case outcomes rather than focus on concluding cases, but we appreciate the idea.

Parking for any business is a struggle, but we agree with you that there are many alternative options available other than our busy car park that are very close and convenient for our colleagues to use.

In regard to Training Contracts, they are integrated into an individual's progression, so it relates to the individual being able to complete the objective criteria that are set out in the fee earner handbook.”

9moThank you for your review and the 4* rating. We are very proud of the progression offered at Express Solicitors. With over 80 Trainees, this proves that development from within works with a thriving Top 100 Law Firm.
We appreciate that our hours are slightly longer than a traditional 9-5 schedule (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 5 pm on Fridays), but this is to help our clients contact us. We are Lawyers helping injured people. We have over 100 parking spaces on site for our colleagues, and there is also the bus stop outside the office. No employer can offer all its staff parking unfortunately and we are no different. We have also salary sacrifice EV and Bikes and dedicated spots for those in keeping with our green travel policy.
Our salaries are reviewed annually and have increased every year in line with our growth. As you grow in your career, your salary increases. This is linked to targets, which are set on the cases and great work sources from direct to market advertising. All the ingredients are there for a successful career.

1yThanks very much for your review, We are really proud of the level of training we provided our junior lawyers, from our award winning Graduate Scheme (Princess Royal Training Award) to our in-house Express Certificate for Trainees. We want our future solicitors to be the best that they can be, to allow them to deliver the quality of service we promise our clients.
We carefully set working hours for our client’s convenience and generally speaking those hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch – many staff using the roof garden, gym, or town hall area for a proper break. Work life balance is important and we want to make sure that our staff as well as our clients are properly looked after – a professional career is about building skills and experience and we are very proud of our work helping injured clients with legal expertise.

As you have stated we are always reviewing our compensation & reward packages. We do offer one of the best commission schemes out there. This really put earning capability into the employee hands, with no hurdles and no caps.
