Pros

Honestly? None worth mentioning here.

Cons

- Endless calls stacked one after another, with no chance to breathe - Zero real support from leadership, only intimidation and pressure - Supervisors who thrived on fear rather than guidance - Pay was so insulting that it felt like an added slap in the face - Turnover was so extreme that learning names was pointless because no one stayed - Every shift left me drained, broken, and stripped of confidence

Toxic Culture, Zero Accountability, and Fake Leadership

Pros

There were some hardworking, mission-driven individuals doing their best under impossible conditions. Peer support was often the only bright spot.

Cons

Lexicon recently laid off half its workforce and told remaining staff that those let go were “non-essential.” That alone says a lot about how leadership views its people. During my time there, those of us who weren’t in management consistently worked overtime without recognition, appreciation, or adequate support. Diversity was performative at best. Many of the most talented, diverse staff were let go or pushed out, while the executive ranks were repeatedly filled with straight white men being promoted into inflated titles that simply renamed roles they already held. Promotions weren’t based on merit, but on proximity to power. Leadership made decisions in silos, shifted blame freely, and fostered a culture of fear and favoritism.

Toxic – Stay Away

Pros

Some genuinely talented and kind coworkers who try to make the best of a difficult environment.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, many are misleading. This workplace is driven by fear, not leadership. The “client” calls all the shots, and top leadership is too afraid to stand up or make real decisions. It’s a yes-man culture where growth and independent thinking are discouraged. The environment feels like high school, full of cliques and a mean-girl mentality. There’s little to no transparency, and most employees are constantly worried about job security. Decisions are made behind closed doors, often without logic or fairness. There is no real DEI — any mention of diversity, equity, and inclusion is quickly swept under the rug. It’s clear they don’t care about hiring diverse candidates, and if you are diverse, you’re often treated differently. Benefits are hyped up as premium, but they’re just average, used more as bait than real value. If you’re looking to grow, learn, or feel supported in your role, this isn’t the place. There are far better companies out there with stronger leadership, better culture, and more honest values.

Pros

The other associates who you were able to commiserate with.

Cons

Where do you begin. Absolutely toxic environment that came from the leadership team and the 'client' which is actually the owner of the company. You leave this place with a case of PTSD. It is constant stress and zero direction other than 'make the numbers.'

Pros

None, and I don't recommend working here.

Cons

We all experience too much pressure from the leadership, but none of our supervisors actually provide meaningful support to us. They pressure us to exceed their expectations, but their expectations and targets are unrealistic in the first place. And we don't even receive any guidance from them.
