They always hire the most unprofessional and under qualified managers. When I say unprofessional, I mean the worse possible things you can think of happening, I’m sure it occurred. There are no career opportunities, you are just a technician

When it is slow, you make no money and management team expects you to do their work for them. Pick up inventory, sort it, and count down the money. Also overly competitive line system for employees. No opportunity for advancement

Cons are mostly just working with other employees that don’t do their job. But that also gives you the opportunity to take in more customers.

Management is non-existent/terrible The company is only concerned with making money, not you ZERO room for growth, sure the money is nice, where's the goal to work towards? Customers are terrible, you're in the airport and people assume they will never see you again You will constantly hear how 'you' can improve, but scratch you head as to why management is never around or helping.

Open 365 days a year

Hours are terrible, those in management rarely take advise, and very little in hourly money. If you have lots of sales commissions can make a decent amount otherwise getting min wage.

Management leaves something to be desired
