Amazon Creative Resource Manager interview questions

Initial stages of the interview were thorough with recruiter intake and assessment, issues began with scheduling coordinator which was frantic and disorganized. Recruiter was organized and prepared and kept to the discussed timeline (ie outlined the structure of the interviewa, expectations around answers, experiences to highlight). The interviewers were unprepared and distracted (ie left to attend conflicting meetings, interviewed in loud open work spaces).
