Super unorganized.
I reached the final round, they sent me the final case to resolve and instructions on how to prepare. When I followed up on the date, they told me I didn’t meet PQE which I can understand but why waste my time until final round then?
Great and friendly people in interview process. It can be draining as they do a 3-4hr straight chunk but be careful not to repeat stories across interviews they will ding you for that
