Interview
Amazon was recruiting at my university, I talked with a recruiter, attended a presentation and applied online. A week later I got an email to schedule my interview, then another email inviting me to a webinar to prepare.
On interview day, I was given two interviews by two different recruiters who had previously held the position. They both asked behavioral based questions and one gave me a scenario to answer. They returned with an offer email 5 days later (3 business days).

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
