I applied to position on 24/06.
They invited me for phone interview with Francesca Paccaloni on 03/07.
I interviewed with her on 05/07.
She wanted to go on with usual interview process like company presentation, position details and my background. But, the funny thing is that she didn't remember that we interviewed before. She kept me in the line and checked my profile. She shared some notes regarding latest interview then I realized she misunderstood what I said during previous interview.
She briefly gave details about the position and I shared what I could do. She focused on what I would do in case any problem on last mile service. As a person who has very strong logistics background and who faced such issues many times, I gave reasonable answers but she was not satisfied. She was trying to know or hear something but I didn't understand her scope. Then, she aggressively switched the conversation to Italian and advised me that I will get an email within 2 days. But funny thing is that she had already changed the status to "reviewed, not selected" in dashboard. I asked what was wrong with our interview but she never replied me.
I understand that they don't really take considerable notes for the candidates and they don't evaluate them for the positions suitable for their background. They don't even remember the candidates they interviewed with. The job is not important for them, they focused only on stupid HR questions etc. If you give the answers they desire, you pass HR process. Probably, they eliminate most of valuable candidates because of their useless process.
