Multiple interviews and technical assessment. First with HR . Questions about how you work, SDLC, salary expectations, current salary. Only senior candidates considered. Then take home assessment. Completed it well but got rejected for very minor detail not explicitly required in the provided scope. Very petty

Interview
First interview was a chat with a hiring person from their side. Second round was a technical interview. I spent several hours on the technical interview, only for my application to be rejected because the team had problems with frontend visual choices I made. No feedback on the actual functionality or logic of my work. Just visual issues, which were irrelevant. You put in hours worth of work and they won't even give you a 30 minute call for you to explain your thought process, just an email. Don't bother.
Three stages interview: Offline programming test followed by a technical interview to discuss the solution provided. Last stage was a chat with the technical lead of the project. The first 2 stages are required to enter their associate network.
