Lumen Senior Software Engineer Interview Questions

3 Interviews, 1st was mostly writing code, solving a leetcode-esque problem. 2nd was Technical Background Interview with a Frontend focused SWE, 3rd was Technical Background Interview with a Backend focused SWE.

There were two technical rounds, consisting of average difficulty questions. They communicated that I have been selected, but its been a month; there is no communication on feedback or HR round. Very improfessional attitude.

They usually call on weekdays and the process takes lot of time. Luckily mine happened on a weekend and it was over in 30 mins. They called me withing 10 minutes and the interview was pretty basic. Upon completion the HR told i am not good enough for the job even though i answered most of the questions correctly. But i got a call later in the evening for the managerial round, which happened over the phone.

Since it was a drive, it took long time. 4 rounds of interview includes online test, 1 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and HR round. Got the offer letter in a week.

Job specific and straight forward rounds on the specific technology and role based. The focus of the interview panel was on both Responsibilities and Technology. Little difficulty to jump from one building to another building in the same campus for different rounds.

Technical,Managerial,HR...Overall Panel was good and have good expertise in the subsequent skills....On the same day every thing happened and the next day was the salary discussion part...The process was completed within 2 hours.

2-3 rounds of technical interview depending upon job requirement. Mostly questions were of average complexity. Overall a good experience of interview process. Topics asked were c++,stl,linux,sql, telecom and so on.

4 year exp , Given 4 rounds includes client and got offer. 1st Techinal 2nd Managerial 3rd client 4 HR all was well executed and gor offer in 10 days after submission of my document

Face to face discussion followed by written test. They have a very tedious and lengthy process. In technical round, person was least interested to take the interview. He was lazy and some how wanted to finish the round. Please understand that wevare coming from a big distance and respect others time. Saying leave for the day is very easy without actually asking any relevant or related questiobs.
