Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and confident CRO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a result-oriented approach toward customer relationship management and lead conversion. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing client interactions professionally while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 3 Years
• Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory
• Kannada: Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle incoming and outgoing client communication professionally
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain proper client records and update CRM data regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
• Draft professional emails and maintain effective written communication
• Support lead generation and business development activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Achieve assigned customer relationship and conversion targets
• Manage daily tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
