Our Physio Co is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support the organisation’s workforce operations, employee development, compliance requirements, and people management strategies across our healthcare and allied health services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide workforce planning advice and support to management regarding staffing structures, workforce capability, and operational requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing workforce strategies, employee performance processes, and internal workplace initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment activities including preparing job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Analyse workforce trends and staffing need to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Maintain workforce records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace standards, and company policies
- Identify staff training and development requirements and assist with implementing learning programs
- Support management in resolving workplace matters and maintaining positive employee engagement practices
- Review and improve workforce planning systems, HR procedures, and reporting processes
- Monitor workplace practices to ensure compliance with Fair Work obligations and organisational requirements
- Prepare workforce reports, staffing analysis, and employment documentation for management review
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in workforce planning, human resources, or a related advisory role
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within a professional healthcare or service-based environment
- Knowledge of Australian workplace relations and employment practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range
$78,000 to $88,000 plus Superannuation
