Job Description

 Work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to issue and transmit requested documents.
 Train and assist team members in the use of document management software
 Retrieve documents from archive upon request
 Respond to requests for documents and distribute them as needed
 Familiarity with client project scope and specifications.
 Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines.
 Understand shop methods used in the fabrication of pipe spool.
