Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end operational workflow of our architectural visualization projects.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on project delivery excellence, resource management, process optimization, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, project teams, and internal departments while driving efficiency, quality, and scalability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end operational management of architectural 3D visualization projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity utilization across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, project managers, creative teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Monitor and control project budgets, profitability, and operational costs.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; implement proactive solutions and process improvements.
• Drive performance tracking and reporting, including KPIs, productivity metrics, and delivery benchmarks.
• Lead client communication from an operations perspective, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy, scaling operations, and organizational planning.
• Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including project coordinators and operations staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting systems, and workflow transparency across all projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to operations/project management in Architectural Visualization, Architecture, Design, or Creative Production industries (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in a Senior Operations / Project Delivery / Program Management role.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, resource planning, and delivery management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process efficiency and optimization.
• Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Good understanding of architectural design and visualization workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering / Management or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
