Shipment & Transportation

• Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments from origin to final destination.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule and monitor pickups, drop-offs, and delivery confirmations.
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies proactively.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documents: bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and file documents systematically.

Data Management & Reporting (Excel)

• Build and maintain Excel-based shipment trackers, delivery logs, and performance dashboards.
• Use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and formulas to analyze logistics data.
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports (on-time delivery rate, cost per shipment, etc.).
• Flag data anomalies and present findings clearly to management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate daily with suppliers, warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams.
• Negotiate rates and service levels with logistics vendors.
• Follow up on pending orders and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock level monitoring.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for inbound and outbound goods processing.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
