• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
• Address employee queries and grievances
• Assist in performance management and appraisal process
• Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Handle exit formalities (full & final settlement, exit interviews)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Basic understanding of payroll processing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
