Great Foods Group Pty Ltd is currently seeking a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, based in Moorebank, NSW.

About the Role
As a Project Administrator at Great Foods Group Pty Ltd, you will play a key administrative and coordination role in supporting daily business operations and project activities across the company. Working closely with management and internal teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, maintaining schedules, monitoring administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
This role is suited to a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a proactive approach to supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan, coordinate and administer multiple operational and strategic projects across various depot locations, including coordinating operational projects such as process improvements, warehouse layout enhancements, compliance initiatives and structural works, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project timelines (Gantt charts), task registers and detailed progress reports;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including depot managers and senior management, to ensure project milestones, deliverables and deadlines are achieved;
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, escalating issues where required;
- Collect, analyse and report data relating to project outcomes, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and operational performance;
- Assist senior management in decision-making by preparing reports, submissions and updates on project status and organisational initiatives;
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives, warehouse layout enhancements, compliance-related projects and infrastructure upgrades across multiple sites;
- Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources, including budget monitoring and cost control to maximise project value;
- Maintain compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards and organisational policies across all project activities;
- Facilitate communication and collaborate among stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timely resolution of issues;
- Oversee contractor and supplier activities where applicable, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
Skills & Experience – Who we’re looking for:
For this position, it is expected that you will possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Management OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in project administration or a similar administrative role;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team;
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
