Job Requirements

• Ensure zero breakdown and maximum uptime of production and utility equipment through effective maintenance practices.
• Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities in line with defined schedules and SLAs.
• Provide timely maintenance support to plant operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor and ensure 100% machine availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and instruments.
• Plan and manage spares and consumables to maintain optimal inventory levels and budget control.
• Track and ensure timely renewal and compliance of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Develop cost-effective and quality-driven vendors for engineering and maintenance services.

• Implement small-scale automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities in machines and execute innovation-driven projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Explore and adopt new and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices across identified critical machines.
• Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions across equipment.

• Oversee installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Arrange and ensure proper operational and maintenance training for relevant teams.
• Plan and monitor calibration activities to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, work permit systems, and plant safety guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to statutory, legal, and environmental regulations related to utility functions.
• Promote and implement 5S and safety practices across the workplace.

• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives through evaluation of operational processes and equipment.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

• IIOT/Industry 4.0 knowledge & deployment with machines.
• Developed and implemented maintenance schedules for utility systems & reducing downtime.

Knowledge on below mentioned software is an added advantage:
