Supportive environment. Employees who care about each other and their customers and community.

Cons

Easy to get into a type casting situation. Once in a line of business you can get sure if stuck in that line regardless of the quality of your resume.

- Good work life balance - Good benefits (including some HSA and Wellness incentives) - Friendly office - Hybrid work schedule

Cons

- Underpaid when compared to industry - Pay deficiencies cause high turnover, which then spread work among remaining team members, causing more turnover - High use of productivity trackers (tracks clicks per minute) - Office equipment is often dirty and out dated
