This is all about VMWare-AirWatch bangalore team. Pathetic Leadership and Selfish. No transparency in the Leadership decision. Job Security. I have seen many good people leaving without any information. Manager's have an arithmetic which is not known and you can't ask that. Good Pay doesn't mean that you bought me and you can give a job threat every time. You will never get any help for your problem from the Leadership team and they will start judging you on the problem which you shared with them. Leadership will screw your life and you have to give a fake smile that you are very satisfied there. I checked with HR for such a bad management they said they can't help and can't do anything. So I decided to move out.

Frequent layoffs 2 times in a year , sometimes entire teams are wiped out or sometimes 20-30% , Performance is not linked to your layoffs , its the politics in the team / how your influential your manager is in the company . Vmware is slowly drifting towards Dell's culture and changes can be seen , and as said in a few reviews the EPIC values are and EPIC joke and these Values die a ironic death every July and Jan 29th . Culture has gone to dogs , be it US offices / India . Few people have survived this non sense for more than a decade , hats off to them . Wouldnt recommend Vmware as a workplace to anyone .
