I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Pune) in Jan 2017
Interview
They took 1 round of technical interview and 1 round of techno-managerial round, mean technical plus managerial skill questions have been asked.
Procedure took almost 2 weeks. It was total wastage of time. No panels were available to take technical round so finally somehow they arranged telephonic interview panel. Just for 12 candidates management took a whole day to take all interviews.
After that for managerial round, they arranged video interview on weekends so you can take up a call from home as well. Manager was not coming online during scheduled interview. 3 times they cancelled the interview and finally asked us to come to ofc location and manager took telephonic interview.
Interview was quite positive and managers indicated that you are selected and said you will get an offer letter within a week. Salary negotiation also happened but later no response from recruitment team. So total wastage of time and management is so poor.
