IBM Senior Abinitio Developer interview questions

For the Technical round, the questions which are available on the web they only askes those questions and want the exact same solution, if you give the different approach they are not satisfied with the answer and on top of that, they will cut you in between while you are answering and will use a sentence like do you at least know what this is. You are an interviewer please be polite. The candidate might be not what you are looking for but the least you can do is not to insult them. You are also searching the questions online and asking the interview questions instead of checking if the concept of the interviewee is clear or not, if the same question will be given to you, you won't be able to solve the same question, Please raise the standard of interview. Don't ask online questions least you can do is be open to understanding the solution provided by the interviewee but you won't agree to it because your concept itself is not clear.
