Lumen Associate Engineer Interview Questions

I haven't gotten a single email from Lumen. Hirevue sent me an email immediately after I submitted my resume. I did the hirevue (recorded video questions, and then you play 2 games) then a week later a recruiter called me, I said sure let's move forward, then a week after, the hiring manager called me, and scheduled an interview with me 2 weeks out. 1 Hirevue video interview with 2 games that you play at the end. 1 Panel interview with 3 people from the team (hiring manager + team leads)

The interview was 7 questions asked through hirevue in which you could record your answers after 1 minute of thinking. You get 2 tries per question to record an up to 3 minute response.

Got an email after applying asking to record interview questions and play "games". Do not waste your time, interview took almost 2 hours. The questions were too complex for three minutes. The recordings had arbitrary time limits. It would give you limited time before recording first attempt, and unlimited time between second attempt? The "games" are ridiculous. The first game is essentially SIMON with numbers and letters. The second asks applicants to identify matching cubes filled with shapes and colors. I can't believe these games are used to determine good applicants. I spent two hours on the "interview" and never heard back either way. This company clearly doesn't respect applicant's time.

What they gave in job description is different from what they are expecting, no clear communication as well. Took almost two months for two rounds of interview. Not a good experience

First, I met a recruiter on campus career fair and got an on interview the day after. Then, several weeks later, I got invitation of on site second-round interview. I went to Denver office after one month of my campus interview. I had four people interviewed me with each spent around 45 minutes. They were all behavioral questions.
