Lumen Engineering Support Associate interview questions

The whole interview process was lengthy, unprofessional and not-so-pleasant. I was expecting a phone interview from a manager and he didn't call me. When I called back, they said "Manager is on leave, we forgot to tell you!". Then after 1 week of radio silence, they gave me a call. After 3 back to back phone interviews, no word from them. On a random morning, they called me and asked me if I am free. They took my final interview on the phone. Everyone who interviewed me sounded literally uninterested in their job. One manager asked me to consider applying for better jobs as you deserve better than this. This was shocking. Extremely unprofessional.
