Interview
There were 2 main interviews. One with technical lead and architect where we went through C++ code where I was asked to do the PR review. And one architecture exercise - design social media platform similar to Twitter
Second interview were to check my mamnagment skill and how I would tackkle different situations in the team, manage conflicts, supervise people with different seniority level
