HR Phone screen, then day with 4 back to back interviews mix of behavioral and technical. Less traditional PM questions were asked during the interviews and more focus was on past experiences.
It took forever, 5 months. I lost track of how many people I interviewed with, half of which were over the phone. I think I interviewed with at least 10 people. Then they low-balled me with the salary offer, paying less than I was already making at my current job. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
