The hiring process is split into two phases. Phase 1 is further divided into 3 subcategories. In each category, there will a test which will be elimination-based. 1 phase is of aptitude and verbal. The shortlisted students will proceed to the next round in which they will provide a case study and based on the case study given some questions will be asked. The final subcategory of 1st would be a behavioral interview and the eligible students will proceed to the next phase which is the interview.

There was one online round in which they asked aptitude question and a few HR type questions in which we had to record and send our response. After that, they called for face to face Interview at their Gurgaon office. There we had to do a case study analysis and write our response in the answer sheet and then they took our interview based on that case study. After that, they told to wait in the lobby. After waiting for like 6 hours (yes from morning to evening waiting in their lobby) they rejected.
