2 rounds. 1st has 3 sub rounds. Aptitude, Small Caselet, video recorded answering. Then based on this, 2nd round. This has 3 sub rounds. First business big caselet to be solved on paper and uploaded. Then 30-45min interview on this and then HR round with puzzles and guesstimate.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
