About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. The ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in programming concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic software development environment.

Candidates will work closely with experienced developers and gain hands-on exposure to software development processes, coding standards, debugging, testing, and application support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications using C, C++, or Java technologies.
Assist in coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and software enhancements.
Work closely with the development team on assigned modules and tasks.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities.
Learn and follow coding standards, development processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Support documentation and reporting related to development activities.
Continuously improve technical skills and adapt to new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

BCA / 3-Year Diploma in Computer Science / MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science.
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Basic knowledge of C, C++, or Java programming languages.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
