Position: Project Controller / Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented Project Controller / Project Manager to lead and control project execution from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, billing, resource management, cost control, client coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Prepare detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
• Track project performance, delays, risks, and critical activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Project Execution

• Lead execution of civil, infrastructure, area grading, earthwork, roadwork, drainage, structural, and site development activities.
• Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve site execution issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Track productivity and project profitability.
• Control wastage, idle resources, and cost overruns.
• Prepare cost analysis and variance reports.

Billing & Commercial Management

• Verify measurements and work quantities.
• Prepare Client RA Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
• Coordinate with commercial and accounts teams for certification and payments.
• Track receivables and payment milestones.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Attend project review meetings and present project status.
• Ensure timely closure of client observations and site issues.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor implementation of approved QA/QC procedures.
• Promote safe work practices at project sites.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project records, correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, project forecasts, and management presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation for claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification shall be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial, Site Development, Area Grading, Earthwork, Roads, Buildings, or EPC Projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Project Planning and Control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, and Cost Control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Joining Requirement

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Candidates capable of independently handling project planning, execution, billing, coordination, and project controls will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
