We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our production team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-profile real estate clients and our creative production crew. You aren’t just managing schedules; you are ensuring that the vision for every luxury property film is executed with precision, professionalism, and flair.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate developers, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into actionable production briefs.
- Conduct regular status meetings to keep clients informed and confident in the project’s progress.
2. Production & Team Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of film projects, from pre-production (storyboarding, location scouting) to post-production (editing, color grading, delivery).
- Coordinate schedules for videographers, drone pilots, editors, and scriptwriters.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with the project goals and deadlines.
3. Workflow & Professionalism
- Maintain a highly professional environment on-site and in the office.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and logistics (permits, equipment rentals, etc.).
- Quality control: Ensure the final film output meets the agency's premium standards and the client’s brand identity.
4. Office Engagement & Culture
- Foster a collaborative, high-engagement atmosphere within the team.
- Drive internal communication to ensure seamless hand-offs between departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
