As a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI solutions, with a focus on production-ready systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI capabilities that directly impact customers and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Model Development & Deployment – Build, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use cases.

· Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) – Design, develop, and optimize RAG pipelines to integrate large language models with structured and unstructured data.

· Data Processing – Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline automation to ensure high-quality inputs for models.

· Algorithm Optimization – Fine-tune models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy in real-world environments.

· MLOps & Automation – Implement CI/CD for ML pipelines, monitor deployed models, and ensure robust version control.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with distributed teams across time zones to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and platforms.

· Continuous Innovation – Stay updated on AI/ML advancements, emerging tools, and frameworks, applying them to enhance solutions.

· Documentation – Maintain detailed technical documentation for reproducibility, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
