Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop distributor networks to ensure market coverage and product availability.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional activities, merchandising, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Graduate with an MBA qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory operations.
• Experience in distributor handling and team management.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within North Kerala.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
