Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst/Analyst – PMO & Marketing Operations to support the GCoE Business Enablement vertical. This role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and service level agreements. You should demonstrate strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret market trends and key performance metrics, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, structured directions and inputs that support high-quality deliverables. Your role will involve driving project planning and monitoring for smooth and efficient delivery of various shared services. This is an individual contributor role, requiring a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.

Coordinate and monitor multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, SLA adherence, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, refine briefs, and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.

Support business and market analysis by tracking trends, synthesizing insights, and interpreting key performance metrics.

Drive project execution and governance, ensuring outputs are structured, accurate, and aligned to business objectives.

Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards that clearly summarize progress, insights, risks, and recommendations.

Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and best practices.

Track risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation, and resolution.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using project management software and tools like Monday.com, as well as MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Capable of leveraging technology to streamline project documentation, branding, and content practices.

MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations, Media and Communication, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.

Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint is desirable.

Experience with project management/workflow tools, including one or more of the following: Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Planner.

Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools, including SharePoint, Confluence, and Notion, is an added advantage.

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is good to have.

305 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, business operations, or similar roles.

Experience working with global stakeholders within a corporate or GCC environment.

Strong exposure to business analysis, market insights, and performance tracking.

Demonstrated ability to manage structured project tracking and reporting.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Exposure to business analysis, risk management, or process improvement frameworks.
