We are currently hiring a Campaign Marketing Project Manager to support the Prime Video Global Shared Services team in Chennai.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with cross functional teams, and delivering marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment.

The selected candidate will support campaign delivery for Prime Video audiences across the globe, including campaigns for award winning Originals, blockbuster movies, and premium entertainment content watched by millions of customers worldwide.

In this role, you will oversee the end to end campaign process, from design production through campaign operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned titles, ensure timely campaign execution, remove production roadblocks, monitor milestones, provide status updates, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Manage and oversee low to mid complexity marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign timelines and ensure on time delivery.
• Resolve campaign related escalations and coordinate with senior stakeholders when required.

Asset Management

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to source campaign key art.
• Manage the end to end workflow of campaign assets from intake through production delivery.
• Review and validate asset packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate design asset delivery and trafficking through Salesforce.

Project Coordination

• Manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities effectively.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and establish clear delivery expectations.
• Track campaign progress and communicate status updates through appropriate channels.
• Prioritize tasks to support successful campaign launches.

Process Improvement

• Partner with leadership and Campaign Project Manager Leads to identify workflow improvements.
• Drive operational efficiencies to enhance campaign delivery and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 2+ years of experience in digital production, project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience with asset management and trafficking systems.
• Understanding of graphic design fundamentals and production requirements.
• Previous experience in the entertainment, media, or streaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising best practices.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
