Not much to talk about everything is excellent

High performers were often expected to absorb increasing workloads while underperformance was not consistently addressed. Senior leadership: Internal politics and personality driven decision making occasionally appeared to outweigh objective business considerations, making it difficult to advance initiatives based solely on merit and data.
