Its a 1:1 interview with multiple rounds. The first round is an general HR round where they take the details and ask basic questions as to why would we like to join the company and would like to know about us and our previous work experience, if any.
The second round would more of an Ops round , where the management team from the operations would judge the skills and feasibility of the candidate who is being interviewed. The questions would vary depending on the position being applied for the skill vary based on the process being applied for.
