Interview from Functional and Regional Head and then it was lead to the HR Manager. First 2 rounds were on VC last round was conducted face to face. This was a the complete process

Question 1
How did you ensure you delivery of a successful project in past ?
There were 2 rounds of technical interviews. Then it was followed up with PDM round where basically salary and band, notice period. There was huge waiting period for the second interview. After all selection process was over it took several weeks to get the offer letter, was not expecting that much delay in process.
