Interview
There was an Introductory presentation conducted by the HR after which, the interview process started.
There were only two rounds conducted. The first one is Just a Minute. Students were grouped for this round and each group had different topics. The Topic for my group was, "Describe your recent best gift." Although, it is not necessarily the same topic for every student in the group. HR might change the topic after some candidates finished JAM in that group.
After this round, students were scrutinized and then the HR round was conducted. For the HR round, students were put in groups again and each group is admitted inside the room separately. And a general question asked by the HR should be answered by all the group members. The question will be the same for all the candidates in the room. The HR might try to initiate a conversation here as they're checking the speaking and listening skills.
Overall the interview process was really easy. The key is to be bold, smiling and confident. Fluency in the language will be a great advantage.
